Marco is a South Floridian with Ecuadorian and Puerto Rican heritage. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Yale in Global Affairs and History, and is a recent alum of the Geneva Graduate Institute where he earned his Master’s in International and Development Studies. Marco’s professional experiences include serving as an Instructional Assistant at Teachers College, Columbia University, and as a Development Associate at International Bridges to Justice. As a new resident of one of Asia’s most international cities, Marco is looking forward to learning from the many communities that call Hong Kong home. In his free time, Marco enjoys keeping up with international politics, polishing his language skills, and cheering for Ecuador’s national fútbol team. He also practices all kinds of sports, specializing in taekwondo and long-distance running.
